Schiavo has represented passengers and crew of numerous U.S. aviation incidents, in addition to both passengers and pilots on private or charter planes. She has years of experience handling high-profile complex aviation litigation, including the more than 50 cases filed on behalf of 9/11 victims’ family members, and has litigated or investigated a variety of other aviation cases involving such airlines as US Airways, American Airlines, Colgan Air, Delta and Northwest Airlines.
